We are looking for an Information Services Supervisor to join the Records and Archives unit. Under the guidance of the Head of Records and Archives, the selected candidate organises and oversees the work undertaken by the BIS Mail & Print Office, which is part of the Information & Collaboration section, and which is responsible for the timely distribution and dispatch of internal and external mail and for the provision of Bank-wide printing services. He/she coordinates, in particular, the work rota, the guaranteed presence during service hours and the efficient delivery of services. The Information Services Supervisor provides key input to the line manager in budget planning, in staff training and development, as well as in the planning of business applications development, and equipment maintenance and replacement in the area he/she supervises.
