Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion as functional lead for process development and tech transfer into production facilities. Supports GMP production (MSAT activities). Leads pre-clinical customer projects.
Job Description
- Develops processes for e.g. antibody drug conjugates, non-cytotoxic modified antibodies or other bioconjugates for external customers
- Plans, supervises and evaluates laboratory experiments
- Leads process development projects for preclinical programs and serves as the primary on-site interface for customers
- Optionally manages, develops and coaches up to five lab technicians
- Anticipates, evaluates and implements trends and innovations in the area of expertise
