Responsibilities
 

Provide support and coaching to the line managers and employees in all their HR needs: manage employee and labor relations. Collaborate in defining global HR projects and execute effectively the global an local HR processes Lead recruitment processes, retention and development activities on site level

  • Effective execution of people strategy and global HR processes
  • Manage employee and labor relations
  • Execute organizational development
  • Create a healthy leadership pipeline for the site
  • Perform other duties as assigned
